Breast Reduction (Reduction Mammaplasty)
Overview / Procedure FAQs / Post-Operative Instructions
An excessively full bustline can contribute to neck, shoulder, upper and lower back pain. Muscle spasms, rashes under the breasts, tension headaches, and poor posture can also be problematic, not to mention, difficulty exercising, limits to enjoying an active life-style, and undesired attention.

Breast Reduction (Reduction Mammaplasty) surgery can address many of these issues and help you fit more proportionally into your clothing. It also provides an automatic breast lift.

There are several techniques for breast reduction with different scar patterns. At your initial consultation with board-certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Tanya Atagi, you will be evaluated for the reduction technique that is right for you. Occasionally, for women with a full bustline but limited sagging, VASER Lipo® is an option for reduction. VASER Lipo® is a less invasive form of liposuction, approved by the FDA as state-of-the-art.

In Our Patients' Words:
We knew we had the best surgeon. What we found out is the compassion you have for your patients.
Dr. Atagi, you make everything seem like it is not so bad.
Thank you.
